AT HARBOURVIEW - 4th March Fitness Ride 10:00 am -March 25th

This ride is for the intermediate rider. We will make two groups, a slower and faster depending on who signs up. Remember to bring layers, water, a snack, and basic safety and repair equipment.  The goal of the ride is to increase fitness so will keep moving with short breaks
