2nd spring fitness ride- Experienced beginner and intermediate ride- March 11 10:00am

The beginner ride welcomes all experienced beginners  riders. The ride will end by noon, stick to the lower trails, and go at the pace of the slowest rider. Remember to bring layers, water, a snack, and basic safety and repair equipment.  The goal of the ride is to increase fitness so will keep moving with short breaks

The intermediate ride will include higher and more technical trails, and riders should plan to be out for up to two to three hours. This will be a faster paced ride with short and fewer breaks to increase our cardio.  This rides focus is to keep moving with short breaks to increase our fitness
